Description
Day 6 of the NATG, and I decided to draw a pony singing... OH GOD IS THIS HORRIBLE! And I'm not just saying that to try and get all of you (or what little of you are out there) to say it's not so bad. This is by far the worst thing I've drawn so far for the NATG. The anatomy is screwy and all over the place because I scrapped the undersketch almost entirely (try and figure out which parts I didn't scrap!), so I was just going blind on it. Dammit, I should have just started all over!

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactIt's okay we all have off days. I think you're problem with this is that the head is too large and it's a little disjointed. What always helps me is to start off by drawing two circles: one for the head and one for the plot. Then I connect them and add the hooves. Another thing that helps is to watch the show a little closer than most people do and watch how the ponies legs move. I made the mistake of thing that there were only two joints in the legs. There are actually 3 one at the top, one in the middle, and one at the bottom (it's actually like a wrist). Maybe that will help you out a bit?
